Abstract
Islamic Republic of Iran Territory enjoys a prominent and excellent position in the region, both for its energy resources, the repaired technology and its geographical and geographical situation. These parameters make the logical routs of energy transmission (transmission towers, gas and liquid fuel pipelines) which pass through the area engulfed between the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf as the shortest and most economical rout for the eastern and western part of the world. This advantage requires special consideration which is to be developed in this article from its electrical aspect. Presently the installed power developed capacity in Iran is the highest one among the neighboring countries and ranks Iran the 3rd in the region (preceded by Russia and India). Today, the Iranian National Grid is either connected or about to get connected to neighbor countries through more than thirty interconnection Points. Therefore, the Issue of Regional Energy Marketing (by electrical towers or pipelines) must be studied in a precise manner, in order To make decisions with adequate consideration of national economical benefits. In this regard, some reports have been prepared by foreign Universities and Tran regional Institutes, in which this Fact is unreasonably ignored that our country is situated on the normal routs of energy transmission.
